Arsenal are understood to be looking to sign Olympiakos keeper Roberto Jimenez this summer, with reports in Spanish newspaper Marca revealing that the north Londoners have made an offer for him now.
The Gunners have already loaned out the likes of Wojciech Szczesny and Emiliano Martinez this summer, following the arrival of Petr Cech at the club, which has left David Ospina as the clear second choice for the position. However, the Colombian is believed to be unwilling to play second fiddle to the veteran, and may be contemplating a move away from the Emirates Stadium, which is why manage Arsene Wenger has been provided with the task of lining up a replacement for him too.
Agent confirms Abdennour wants to move this summer
The agent of Monaco defender Aymen Abdennour, Kader Jilani, has admitted that the player is looking to part ways with the club in the near future. Jilani was quoted in The Daily Star, saying: “There are no problems with [Monaco manager Leandro] Jardim or the club. But the truth is that Abdennour wants to leave. He wants a new adventure, and there are opportunities in Spain, Italy and England.”

Bellerin declares allegiance to Arsenal
Arsenal youngster Hector Bellerin has made it clear that he is not looking to part ways with the north London giants anytime soon. The Spaniard was quoted in The Metro, saying: “For me, my first season was a big one and the fact we got the FA Cup was a big thing, to feel and taste what it’s like to win a trophy makes you want it more. We want to get more next season.”

According to reports in Spanish publication AS, the north Londoners have contacted the Spanish giants once again regarding the possibility of signing the player, with the club even ready to break their own transfer record and splash out £45.8m to land him.
Furthermore, reports in The Daily Telegraph have even revealed that Wenger is open to the prospect of making his compatriot the highest earner at the Emirates Stadium, in order to lure him to the club.
