Arsenal will square off against Manchester City in the second FA Cup semi-final to be played at Wembley in April. Chelsea, who beat Manchester United on Monday night, will take on Tottenham Hotspur in the first semi-final.
Arsenal, who beat non-League side Lincoln City in their quarter-final encounter at the Emirates on Saturday, were guaranteed tough opponents in the semis after four heavyweights of the Premier League were left in the draw for the first time in many a year. Continue reading
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger hit out at the match officials for the second time in a week after the Gunners went down 2-1 to Manchester City with dodgy officiating at fault for both goals.
After Arsenal had dominated the first half and scored the only goal in it to take a 1-0 lead into half-time, the Gunners were punished in the second period with both of Manchester City’s goals scored when an offside could be given against the home side. Continue reading
He may not be starting as many games as he might have liked, but Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is happy to be contributing as the 30 year old French international came off the bench to score for the 10th time in his career to grab Arsenal a rather useful point at Old Trafford.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was a relieved man after Olivier Giroud’s 89th minute header earned his side a barely deserved point against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Wenger was predictably quizzed about Zlatan’s absence after the Swede picked up an unnecessary booking in United’s last outing which ruled him out of Saturday’s match. Continue reading

Bellerin has repeatedly spoken of his desire to continue to play for Arsenal and his lack of interest in returning to Barcelona, but that hasn’t quite stopped the press from continuing to link him with a move away from the Gunners in the future. Continue reading
