Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been spotted in a plane to Paris, which in turn has fuelled rumours of the Gunners’ being on the verge of making a high profile signing today.
The north London giants have been linked with the likes of Paris Saint Germain stars Edinson Cavani and Zlatan Ibrahimovic and youngster Adrien Rabiot this summer, and it is believed that the boss may be travelling to France to conclude a deal for one or two of them.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is understood to have contacted the agent of Dynamo Kiev forward Andriy Yarmolenko in his attempts to lure the player to the Emirates Stadium in the days to come, according to reports in Spanish news outlet Fichajes. Arsenal have been boosted in their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani, with reports in Spanish outlet Fichajes.net revealing that the player is ready to force a move to the club in the days to come.
It is reported that the Uruguayan star is waiting for the north London giants to make a move for him, following which he will apply pressure from his end to facilitate a transfer to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal are understood to have been provided with the option of signing Paris Saint-Germain winger Ezequiel Lavezzi this summer, according to reports in The Metro. The Gunners have been known to be keen on landing either of the likes of Karim Benzema or Edinson Cavani in this transfer window; however, with both of them being expensive options, the side are themselves considering making a move for the Argentine sensation.
