Free agent Yoann Gourcuff, who was released by Olympique Lyon at the end of the last season, and who is known to be a long term target for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, is understood to be wishful of pocketing £80,000-a-week at whichever club he joins next, according to reports in BeIN Sports.
The 29 year old is also known to be a target for Liverpool this summer, but would prefer a move to the Emirates Stadium, with the north Londoners capable of providing him with a chance to play in the Champions League this season.
