Arsenal are believed to have opened talks with Borussia Dortmund over the potential summer signing of German international forward Marco Reus as cover for Alexis Sanchez should the Chilean forward continue his contract impasse with the club.
The Metro reports today that Arsenal are prepared to pay as much as £51 million to bring 27 year old Reus to the Emirates, in all likelihood to replace Sanchez, who could well fetch a fee well in excess of that figure should he leave in the summer. Continue reading
Arsenal have been boosted in their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, with the player indicating that he may be open to the prospect of a move away from Signal Iduna Park in the near future.
The Gabonese international was quoted telling Fussball Bild: “No one can predict the future… I cannot say that I’ll stay for another two, five or 10 years. It is possible that in June a club comes to an agreement with Dortmund.”
Borussia Dortmund have revealed that they would be open to the prospect of selling their prized possession, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is known to be a target for Arsenal for quite a while now, if they receive in excess of €70m for him, according to reports in German publication Bild.

Borussia Dortmund today confirmed the signing of young Turkish striker Emre Mor on a long-term contract from Danish outfit FC Nordsjaelland. Mor had for a while now been on the watchlist of a whole host of Europe’s top clubs, which of course include Arsenal, who had sent scouts to see the player in action on more than one occasion.
