Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger cried foul after going down 3-1 to Chelsea in the early kick off on Saturday at Stamford Bridge, leaving the Gunners trailing the Blues by 12 points in the Premier League standings.
Wenger was doing his best impression of blaming the referee for the outcome, saying in an interview with BBC Sport, “It was a foul. If you look at a number of games recently we can feel sorry. It was 100% a foul, it was even dangerous play.” Continue reading

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been handed a 4-match touchline ban for having pushed and verbally abused fourth official Anthony Taylor after being sent off in the Gunners’ 2-1 win over Burnley at the weekend. Wenger has also been handed a negligible £25,000 fine.

Borussia Dortmund have revealed that they would be open to the prospect of selling their prized possession, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is known to be a target for Arsenal for quite a while now, if they receive in excess of €70m for him, according to reports in German publication Bild.
Dortmund’s director Hans-Joachim Watzke was recently reported having said that the side would sell the Gabonese sensation, who is also known to be a target for the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid, should they receive the right kind of cash for him, and now news reports have finally revealed how much that amount may be.
Chelsea may be enjoying a scintillating run of success in the Premier League at present; however, former Blues ace and current Arsenal star Petr Cech feels the Gunners still have a good chance of beating their city rivals to the coveted trophy.
The 34 year old was quoted in The Daily Mirror, saying: “We need to win these games as you can’t let them have the advantage of making the gap bigger.
