Vidal admits to move wish

Juventus ace Arturo Vidal, who has been known to be a target for the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United for quite a while now, is known to have told his club’s CEO Giuseppe Marotta that he wants to move to a new destination this summer. Juve were reported tweeting from their official twitter account: ‘Marotta: “@kingarturo23 has expressed his desire to embark on a different experience, as did Ogbonna, Tevez and Pirlo.”’ (read more)

Arsenal table £31.3m bid for Benzema

Arsenal have finally gone ahead and tabled a £31.3m bid to sign Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema, according to a revelation made by Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri. Los Blancos, however, are understood to be uninterested in talking about the sale of the Frenchman now, despite being earlier believed to be open to the prospect of doing so. (read more)

Meanwhile, reports in Spanish newspaper El Confidencial have revealed that the player is himself not ruling out the possibility of a move to the Emirates Stadium in this transfer window, and that he is in fact ‘very open’ to the prospect of a switch to the club, following former teammate Mesut Ozil in his steps.

Moving on, reports in The Daily Star have revealed that Real have already rejected the aforementioned bid for their player.

Arsenal want to sign Sead Kolasinac as Monreal replacement

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is believed to have shortlisted Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac as one of the best possible replacements for Nacho Monreal at the Emirates Stadium, according to reports in TMW. The north London side were earlier known to be keeping tabs on Napoli full back Faouzi Ghoulam for the same role.

Meanwhile, Monreal is known to be edging close to a move to Athletic Bilbao, despite having recently spoken of his wish to remain at Arsenal. (read more)

Pedro reveals that he is set to make Man United move

Barcelona ace Pedro is understood to have told his friends and close aides that he is on the verge of a move to Manchester United now, according to a revelation made in The Daily Telegraph. The Red Devils are believed to be ready to shell out £18-£20m to sign him ahead of the likes of their other rivals, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal.

Arsenal holding talks with City for Dzeko

Arsenal are understood to be involved in transfer talks with Manchester City over the prospect of signing their forward Edin Dzeko this summer, according to reports in The Metro. It is believed that the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is ready to splash out £13.9m to buy the player, but that he wishes to be assured that the Citizens would sell him, before making a move for him.

Arsenal make an offer to sign Busquets!

Arsenal are understood to have tabled a bid to land Barcelona’s young midfielder Oriol Busquets at the Emirates Stadium, according to reports in Spanish newspaper Sport. It is believed that Manchester United are also keen on signing the player, who recently put pen to paper on a new 3 year deal at the Nou Camp. (read more)

Moyes calls Wenger for Campbell

Arsenal forward Joel Campbell is understood to be edging closer to a move away from the Emirates Stadium, and to Real Sociedad, with Spanish journalist Kike Marin revealing that the manager of the La Liga side, David Moyes, called the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger to discuss a transfer for the player. The Costa Rican star, who has failed to impress the Frenchman during his association with the north Londoners, is known to be a target for other clubs too.

Umtiti extends Lyon stay

Olympique Lyon defender Samuel Umtiti has prolonged his stay at the Ligue 1 side by putting pen to paper on a new deal, according to reports in the press. The player, who has signed a 2 year extension to his contract at Lyon, has received a significant wage hike as part of the deal.

Umtiti was known to be a target for the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea this summer.

  2. wenger must sign assier ilaramendi 15mill to 20million is enought to buy him,he is cheaper than both cavaliho and morgan,than just add dzeko or benzema than arsenal is complete
